Enova is France´s trade fair for electronics, measurement, vision and optics. In spring and autumn, the industry meets here to exchange information on the latest developments and challenges. Around 500 exhibitors travelled therefore to Paris on 23 and 24 October. Together with partner INTERFLUX, specialist for solders and fluxes, Ersa presented itself at one booth.

Under the motto “LMPA-Ready”, visitors were able to see for themselves the perfect interaction of the Ersa ECOSELECT 4 selective soldering system with the latest INTERFLUX solder, which is solder with a low melting point, in live demos on the two days of the trade fair. The lower processing temperature of 210–220 °C of the LMPA solder significantly reduces the thermal stress on components and printed circuit boards. The Ersa selective soldering technology with intuitive solder program creation, perfectly coordinated preheating and individual solder nozzle design guarantees highest soldering quality. “All in all, the decision to have a joint stand was exactly right,” the two companies concluded positively on Wednesday evening. Being able to actually see the soldering process live attracted many visitors to the stand.

“The fact that a world market leader like Ersa tests and uses this solder on its machines strongly impressed the visitors. In addition to many existing customers, some interested parties also visited us with new projects. The great interest in the wide range of Ersa selective soldering machines and the new LMPA solder gives Ersa and Interflux a positive outlook for the future,” said a satisfied Rémy Lutz, sales manager of Ersa France.
