Ersa India team receives reinforcement

For 25 years, Ersa has been excellently represented in India by Bergen Associates Pvt. Ltd. India with its range of machines and tools. During this time, numerous soldering stations and rework systems have been supplied to India. In the soldering machine division, 2005 was undoubtedly one of the highlights, when Ersa delivered over 50 reflow soldering systems to Nokia India, supported by Bergen. Other international and local Indian companies have also been equipped with Ersa machines over the years.

Now the Indian market is getting a new dynamic. Gopinathen Gopakumar joined last year, and since 25 March 2019 the experienced process engineers Dhatchinamoorty Rajesh and Mane Yogesh have been looking after Ersa customers on site, taking over installations and providing even better support. “Our customers often expect us as Ersa to accompany the production in the first two weeks – we from Wertheim can only do this with great effort. The Ersa India team is led locally by Mr. Gopakumar and works closely together with our service and sales team in an almost daily exchange,” comments Ersa General Sales Manager Rainer Krauss on the new hires in India.
