Great Ersa performance at Battery Japan

In the frame of the Smart Energy week, the 9th edition of the Rechargeable Battery Japan exhibition was held from the 28th of February until the 2nd of March at Tokyo Big Sight. It is the world’s largest scale international exhibition showcasing various components, materials, devices and finished rechargeable batteries for R&D and manufacturing. As a leader in the soldering process for electromobility, Ersa participated in the show – in cooperation with the VDMA German machine building industry – presenting the latest technologies in soldering.

With again a record number in visitors, the show can be called a great success. Not only the electromobility manufacturers are a great potential for soldering, but also the rechargeable battery manufacturers and portable device producers are a growing market where Ersa expands its business. For most manufacturers of rechargeable batteries, selective soldering is a new and interesting technology which gives them that cutting edge advantage in their production. “The response to the Ersa technology was overwhelming and we look forward to the start of many new business relations,” said Ersa Area Sales Manager Tobias van Rossem.
