Great response to Ersa Tech Meeting in India

For the Technology Meeting 2019 in the Electronic City Bangalore, 80 participants had confirmed their attendance – the great popularity indicates that the date is developing into a permanent institution in the Indian electronics manufacturing market. This year´s event at the Indian Centre for Information Technology was solely hosted by system supplier Ersa GmbH – a correct decision in view of the huge interest on the part of customers, but also the densely packed programme from 09:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Among other things, one hour was broadcast live from the application center in Wertheim, followed by video presentations of individual machines and systems – stencil printing (VERSAPRINT), reflow soldering technology (HOTFLOW) and manual soldering were all presented in 45 minutes. Further main topics were wave soldering (POWERFLOW), selective soldering (VERSAFLOW) and rework systems. All in all, there was a lot of input, which triggered many questions among the participants and led to a lively exchange between visitors, participants and organizers – supplemented by valuable comments from Ersa existing customers about their machines and rework systems. The topic of XL board size was also discussed in India. “The event was a complete success and will take place on Friday in Chennai, East India. In early June we will have two events in Northern India. It is quite possible that we will be offering further events in autumn, the demand is pleasingly high,” said Ersa General Sales Manager Rainer Krauss in Bangalore.
