PB Technik Meets Friends!
Polish Ersa representative celebrates 20th anniversary within the framework of a 2-year seminar

“PB Technik Meets Friends” is the motto of the biennial event organised by the Polish Ersa representative PB Technik. This year´s event at the Hotel Boss in Warsaw was a special one, as it was also the occasion to celebrate PBT´s 20th anniversary. In keeping with the occasion, well over 100 guests from the electronics industry attended the two-day event. The in-house exhibition was once again divided into two parts: On the one hand, the present sales partners spoke about current trends and solutions in electronics production, and the complete PBT product range was shown live in the adjacent room. Extreme efforts were made to present the machines and components in a functionally installed state.
The rework systems HR 600 and HR 550 from the Ersa portfolio were shown, the current VERSAFLOW 4/55 selective soldering system with VERSAFLEX module and the VERSAPRINT stencil printer ULTRA³. A block of three hours was planned for the live presentations, which all participants gladly and intensively used. The presentations were shorter, the speakers each had half an hour for their presentation – the individual topics were presented in a correspondingly targeted and concise manner. Radek Lauer talked about zero-defect strategies in electronics manufacturing, Dietmar Wolpert about solutions for rework systems and Wolfram Hübsch about the necessity of solder paste inspection after the printing process. The social highlight was the evening event with tombola and live band. Radek Lauer and PBT President Pawel Szumny were very satisfied with the two days, which offered numerous opportunities to exchange experiences and discuss new projects.
