Following the successful market launch of the Ersa stencil printer VERSAPRINT 2, the first systems are now being delivered in Vietnam. In order to be able to offer excellent service also on the service side, the VERSAPRINT product management focused on know-how transfer and trained the service team Southeast Asia, which consists of own service technicians and technicians of distributors, in the newly opened Ersa Application Center Vietnam. Whether Thais, Vietnamese, Malaysians, Filipinos or Germans – all those interested in electronics production are welcome there.

 

After the welcoming address and an initial introduction to the high-precision machine, the participants asked questions and tested the machine functions themselves. “The new application center in Vietnam offers an ideal platform for ‘learning by doing’ and imparts lasting knowledge on the handling of machines and technical processes,” summarizes Wolfram Hübsch, Ersa Product Manager VERSAPRINT. “The decision to expand the local presence in Southeast Asia is underscored by the positive market development in this region,” adds Ulrich Dosch, Manager Business Development.
