Low Melting Solders
Low melting solders are deployed when limitations in the temperature resistance are given and the temperatures as usually used in the soldering process would have negative effects on the material processed. Types of low temp alloys are tin/bismuth or tin/bismuth/silver, with a melting point of approximately 138-140°C.
