Squeegee Angle
The squeegee angle is the angle between the squeegee and the stencil. Modifying the angle will change the force with which the solder paste is pressed into the aperture. Available on the market are wedge shaped squeegees with an angle of between 70° and 80°, suitable for pastes with low viscosity, or square squeegees with an angle of 45° for pastes with high viscosity. The most commonly used squeegee, though, is the flat squeegee, with an angle of between 50° and 60°.
