Squeegee Pressure
Squeegee pressure is the force with which a squeegee is pressed onto the stencil. If the pressure is too high, there is the possibility that paste is squeezed underneath the stencil, which can lead to smearing the paste and bridges. With too low a squeegee pressure, the squeegee may lift off during printing, with the result, that too much solder paste is in the aperture, since it is not properly wiped off. The printed solder paste depot is then too high and dimensionally not stable.
