The Kurtz A-LINE XXL shape moulding machine provides for an economic production of large wall panels with and without surface designs in one piece. Since the surface-bearing sheet can easily be changed in the mould, diverse products can be made. Further advantages are inter alia less personnel, simple automation and the non-occurrence of trimmings.
Economic supply of the markets
Panel thicknesses can be adjusted, of course. We offer simple step-by-step adjustment up to fully automatic continuous adjustment features. If required, the production line can also be equipped with an insertion system for the foaming in of webs. Furthermore, the A-LINE XXL is also available with removing device and a customized solution for marking, stacking, packing and palletizing.
